Your driver portal: receipts, saved card and wallet

QR payment is designed for the first time. For a driver who charges regularly on the same network — a resident at a housing community, an employee with a fleet car — it makes more sense to have a dedicated space to view their history and not have to reach for their card every single time.

What's in the portal

How billing works with an RFID card

If you charge using an RFID card rather than QR, payment at the end follows this order: first, it's deducted from your wallet balance if you have one; if that doesn't cover the full amount, the remainder is automatically charged to your saved card. No manual action needed — you plug in, charge, and unplug.

Your network map, with or without roaming

The portal includes a map showing your brand's own chargers (in blue) and, if roaming is active, those across the rest of the AskaCharge Hub network (in green) — so you can find somewhere to charge without leaving the app.

Notifications

When a session ends you receive a notification (push or email, depending on your settings) with a summary: energy, amount and duration — no need to open the portal to check.
