What's in the portal
- Summary — your card or visual token, total kWh consumed, and your latest charges at a glance.
- Sessions — complete history, including charges made outside your usual network if your brand has roaming enabled.
- Saved card — so you don't have to enter it every time; stored securely via Stripe, the platform never sees the full card number.
- Prepaid wallet — top up credit in advance and it's automatically deducted from each session.
- Subscription — if your brand offers a monthly plan with included kWh, it's managed and renewed from here.
How billing works with an RFID card
If you charge using an RFID card rather than QR, payment at the end follows this order: first, it's deducted from your wallet balance if you have one; if that doesn't cover the full amount, the remainder is automatically charged to your saved card. No manual action needed — you plug in, charge, and unplug.
Your network map, with or without roaming
The portal includes a map showing your brand's own chargers (in blue) and, if roaming is active, those across the rest of the AskaCharge Hub network (in green) — so you can find somewhere to charge without leaving the app.
Notifications
When a session ends you receive a notification (push or email, depending on your settings) with a summary: energy, amount and duration — no need to open the portal to check.
