EV charging garage simulator

Draw your garage, place the main board, the chargers and the cables, and switch it on: cars drive in through the entrance, charge and leave, and you see live how much current each phase carries, how far the voltage drops and which breaker trips. Every charger really speaks OCPP 1.6J with a real server.

What you can do

Who it is for

Installers, to see before quoting how many chargers fit on one supply and which cross-section each cable needs. Property managers and condo boards, to show residents how the garage's power is shared. Operators, to test their platform's load balancing with a whole car park without touching a charger.

What it is not

It is a simulator. The electrical calculation is approximate (copper, cos φ = 1, each charger at its point on the cable) and does not replace a proper design or an electrical calculation tool. Car charging curves and the building's load are simplified. What is real is OCPP: the messages are those of a real charger.

Just want to try one charger? Use the virtual charger. A car park without drawing it? The classic charging site simulator.

Charger

Changing it while the site is on reconnects only this charger.

LGA and main board

A local balancer measures the LGA and caps the chargers itself, without OCPP: what the building leaves free, minus the margin. Each car gets at least its minimum (6 A) in order of arrival while it fits, the rest is shared equally; the ones that don't fit wait. The CSMS's Smart Charging profiles still apply on top: the lower limit wins.
