askacharge.com is a CSMS: software that lets a business operate its own electric vehicle chargers — OCPP communication with the equipment, tariffs, driver payments, roaming and invoicing. It is provided on a monthly subscription under the terms published on the pricing page, with no lock-in period and a 30-day trial.
The platform neither sells energy nor operates charge points: the operator who subscribes is always the one running the chargers, setting the prices and invoicing the driver.
By using the site and the service you undertake to do so lawfully and not to carry out activities that could damage, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the platform, nor attempt to access other users' data. Access credentials and API keys belong to the account holder, who is responsible for keeping them safe and for what is done with them.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Chargers communicate over standard OCPP, so they can be pointed at another platform by changing a URL, and account data can be exported before closing it.
The platform software, the site design, its texts and the marks appearing on it belong to the owner, except for third-party material identified as such. The protocols we implement (OCPP, OCPI) are open standards belonging to their respective organisations, and the marks of other companies mentioned in comparisons or documentation belong to their owners; they are named for information only and with no intention to cause confusion.
Content an operator uploads to the platform — its logo, its texts, its data — remains theirs.
We take reasonable measures to keep the service running continuously and securely, but complete absence of interruption cannot be guaranteed: deployments involve a few seconds of reconnection, and incidents may occur on the network, on the customer's equipment or in third-party services. Nor are we liable for the operation of the physical chargers or the electrical installations, which are the responsibility of their owner and installer.

How personal data is processed is set out in the privacy policy.
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer legislation imposes another venue, the parties submit to the courts of Bizkaia, Spain.
