€20 per month. Unlimited chargers. 0% software commission on charging sessions.
That is the whole headline, and the rest of this page exists to show what sits underneath it —
including the two things we do charge a percentage for, so you find out here rather than
on your first invoice. All amounts exclude VAT.

| Priority support | €10 / month | Guaranteed response in under 4 hours. |

Joining the Hub with your own CSMS
Operators who already run a different platform can join the roaming Hub over OCPI 2.2 for
€10/month + 1% per session. One OCPI integration reaches every member — against the
€5,000 joining fees and multi-month integrations that are normal at the large hubs.
One-off configuration services
| Item | Price | What it means |
| Basic configuration | €60 once | Chargers, tariffs and driver portal set up for you. Delivered in 48 h. |
| Complete configuration | €120 once | Everything above plus OCPI, QR payments, solar integration and training. Delivered in 48 h. |
Neither is required. The platform is designed to be set up
without them, and most operators do.
What we do not charge for
- Per charge point. Two chargers or two hundred, the software price is the same €20.
- A percentage of your charging revenue. The software takes 0% of the energy you sell.
- Per driver, per RFID card or per user account. Unlimited.
- Setup or onboarding fees. You sign up online and start.
- Features held back for a higher tier. There is one plan and it contains everything.
- A minimum term or an exit penalty. Cancel whenever; your data exports and the chargers speak standard OCPP, so they can be pointed at another backend.
What we do charge a percentage for
Two things, and only these two:
- Card payments from drivers: 2% + €0.25 per collection. This is the payment
gateway, not a software fee, and it only applies if you let drivers pay by QR or card. It is all-inclusive:
the Stripe processing cost is already inside that number. On a €10 charging session, that is €0.45.
- Roaming sessions through the Hub: 1%. Only on sessions where a driver
belonging to another operator charges on your chargers — revenue you would not otherwise have had.
Your own drivers on your own chargers are never touched by it.
If you take no card payments and do not join the Hub, €20/month is the
complete cost of running your network on askacharge.com.
Worked examples
Hotel with 4 chargers for guests
Software €20 + managed hosting €15 + own domain €5 =
€40/month, whatever the chargers earn.
If guests pay by QR, a €10 session costs €0.45 in gateway fees and the rest lands in the hotel's account.
Small CPO with 25 public charge points
Still €40/month — the software price does not move with the number of
chargers. A platform priced per charger at a typical €5–15 per point would be €125–375/month for the
same network, before any session commission.
Installer reselling under their own brand to 10 clients
Ten independent brands, each with its own logo, colours, domain and driver portal, from one account:
ten subscriptions, €200/month in platform cost. What the installer charges
each client is their own decision — the platform bills those clients recurring SaaS fees under the
installer's name, not ours.
Where this pricing does not suit you. If you are a large network that needs a named
account manager, a signed enterprise SLA and a procurement process, we are not that supplier and the
€20 price is a fair warning of it. If you want a platform that takes a cut of every kWh so that you pay
nothing up front, that model exists elsewhere and is a reasonable choice — it is simply not ours.

not, including current architectural limits, is

Questions we get asked
- How much does it cost per charger?
- Nothing. €20/month covers an unlimited number of charge points.
- Do you take a commission on every session?
- Not on the software: 0%. Only the two percentages above — the 2% + €0.25 payment gateway if
drivers pay by card, and 1% on Hub roaming sessions.
- Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?
- Neither. 30-day free trial, cancel any time. Optional configuration services are €60 or €120 once.
- What is in the €20?
- Everything: OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1, all tariff modes including dynamic PVPC/OMIE pricing, QR payment
with no app and no account, driver portal, public live map, load balancing, solar rules, OCPI 2.2 roaming
as CPO and eMSP, fleet invoicing, Verifactu and TicketBAI/Batuz fiscal compliance, the full REST API and
MCP server, team roles and anomaly detection. There is no tier above it.
- I manage chargers for several clients. How does that work?
- One account, several independent brands, €20 per brand. You set your own prices to your clients
and bill them through the platform under your own name.
- Is hosting included?
- It is a €15/month option rather than a bundled cost, because self-hosting is a genuine alternative
here. Most customers take it: €20 + €15 + €5 = €40/month all in.
